FrontStage Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

1.1. Tickets purchased through the FrontStage mobile application are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled. Please refer to Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions for specific details on the refund policy.

1.2. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, FrontStage OÜ(Fronstage) will make every effort to notify ticket buyers through the contact information provided during the registration process.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Events:

2.1. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket buyers will have the option to receive a full refund for the face value of the ticket.

2.2. The service fee and any other charges related to the purchase of the ticket are non-refundable.

2.3. FrontStage will communicate cancellation or rescheduling information to ticket buyers via the contact details provided during registration.

Refund Process:

3.1. To request a refund for a canceled or rescheduled event, ticket buyers must contact FrontStage’s customer support via email, support@frontstage.ee, within 30 days from the date of the official event cancellation or rescheduling announcement.

3.2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.

3.3. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Refunds for Postponed Events:

4.1. If an event is postponed, and the ticket buyer is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they may be eligible for a refund. The process for requesting a refund for postponed events is the same as outlined in Section 3.

Refunds for Canceled Events:

5.1. If an event is canceled and no rescheduled date is provided, ticket buyers are eligible for a full refund, including the face value of the ticket.

5.2. The refund request process is the same as outlined in Section 3.

Changes to the Refund Policy:

7.1. FrontStage reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Refund Policy will be posted on the FrontStage website and mobile application. It is the responsibility of the ticket buyer to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the FrontStage platform after any changes have been made shall constitute acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of FrontStage. By using the FrontStage mobile application and website, ticket buyers agree to comply with both the Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy.
