Terms and Conditions for Regular Users
By using FrontStage mobile application and website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the app or website.

Account Registration
1.1 To purchase tickets through the FrontStage mobile application, users must register for an account. Account registration can be done using Google, Apple, or an email and password.
1.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
1.3 Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. FrontStage reserves the right to verify and approve user accounts.

Ticket Purchase
2.1 Users can browse and purchase tickets for events listed on the FrontStage mobile application.
2.2 The ticket categories and prices are set by the event organizer. FrontStage is not responsible for the accuracy of the ticket information provided by the organizer.
2.3 Ticket purchases are processed securely through FrontStage’s payment system. Users can pay using a credit or debit card, or any other payment method accepted by FrontStage.
2.4 Upon successful completion of the purchase, a digital ticket will be added to the user’s wallet in the FrontStage mobile application.

Ticket Use
3.1. Users must present their digital ticket with a valid QR code on the day of the event. The QR code will be visible on the day of the event in the user’s wallet in the FrontStage mobile application.
3.2. Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their digital ticket. FrontStage is not liable for any loss or damage to the ticket.
3.3. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any user who cannot present a valid digital ticket.
3.4. If the event is cancelled or postponed, FrontStage will communicate the information to the user and coordinate with the organizer to provide refunds or exchanges as necessary.

Event Attendance and Participation
4.1. By purchasing a ticket through our platform, you agree to comply with all event rules and regulations.
4.2. You acknowledge that the event organizer may remove or deny entry to any individual who fails to comply with the event rules and regulations, without any refund or compensation.
4.3. You agree to behave responsibly, respect the event staff, and other attendees. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the event staff may result in your removal from the event, without any refund or compensation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
5.1.Tickets purchased through our platform are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
5.2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we will make every effort to notify you through the contact information you have provided us during the registration process.
5.3. In case of cancellation or rescheduling of the event, you will have the option to receive a full refund for the face value of the ticket. The service fee and any other charges related to the purchase of the ticket are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability:
6.1. We shall not be liable for any damages, injury, loss of property or any other harm incurred by you as a result of attending the event.
6.2. You acknowledge that you attend the event at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
6.3. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform or the attendance of the event.

Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Frontstage OÜ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2. Ticket buyers shall not use or reproduce any content or materials on the Platform without the prior written consent of Frontstage OÜ or its licensors.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website and mobile application, and it is the responsibility of the user to review them periodically. Continued use of our website or mobile application after any changes have been made shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

10.2. Frontstage OÜ collects and uses ticket buyers’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on the Platform.
10.3. By using the Platform, ticket buyers agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Frontstage OÜ’s privacy policy.
