Terms and conditions for businesses
By using the FrontStage mobile application (“App”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all event organisers (“Organisers”) who use the App to sell tickets and list events.

Event Listing and Ticket Sales
1.1. FrontStage OÜ(Frontstage) offers Organisers the opportunity to sell tickets and list events on the App. Organisers can list both free and paid events. The ticket categories can be set by the Organiser. Examples of ticket categories which FrontStage recommends are early bird, regular bird, student ticket, full ticket, VIP ticket, and others.
1.2. To list an event on the App, the Organiser must fill out the create event form with all event information, including ticketing information. Once the event is created, it will be published on the App instantly and will be public for the users of the App..
1.3. If an event sells tickets, the ticket will be created and added to the event goer’s wallet. On the day of the event, the QR code on the ticket can be validated by the Organiser at the event gate. After validation the ticket cannot be validated again.
1.4. If an event is free, event goers can click RSVP to indicate that they plan to attend. The Organiser will receive the number of people who have marked themselves as going. FrontStage will not share user information with the Organiser, but will provide statistical information only.
1.5. Event goers can add events to their Apple or Google calendar, regardless of whether the event is free or paid.
1.6. If the event uses paid tickets, the Organiser can create validator accounts for the FrontStage validator app. Validator accounts can be created in the FrontStage management view website. The Organiser can then send user information to the necessary people who will validate tickets on the day of the event.
2. Account Registration
2.1. Account registration is done through the registration form on the App. Once the form is submitted, FrontStage will review the information and provide approval. Once the account is approved, the Organiser can log in and create events.
3. Ticket Sales and Statistics
3.1. Organisers can check the statistics of their ticket sales through their FrontStage management account. The statistics will include information on the number of tickets sold, ticket sales revenue, and FrontStage’s commission from the sales.
3.2. FrontStage’s commission is 1€ for every ticket sold.
3.3. Revenue from ticket sales will be held in FrontStage’s bank account until after the event has happened. FrontStage will then create an invoice for commission fees, which the Organiser will need to pay before making their own invoice for the total ticket sales revenue. The invoice should be sent to billing@frontstage.ee. Once FrontStage receives the invoice and the information is correct, payment will be made within 3 working days.
4. Event Cancellation or Deletion
4.1. Events can be deleted in the Organiser’s management account under edit event. However, an event cannot be deleted once at least one ticket has been sold.
4.2. If an event has sold at least one ticket, deletion of the event will require approval from FrontStage. If the event will be deleted or cancelled, FrontStage will communicate to the ticket buyers that the event is cancelled and will distribute refunds to ticket owners.
